By placing an order you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are able to enter into a contract. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a price was listed in error.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Printed books are currently exempt from GST. The printed MRP is shown alongside our price; we never sell above MRP. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Stock is held for you while you complete payment. If an item sells out before your payment completes we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Book titles, cover images and descriptions remain the property of their respective publishers. The Shoppix name and logo are ours.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at 63/7 Awas Vikas Colony, Bodla, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282007, India.
