What we replace

We replace a book free of charge, including return pickup, if:

• It arrived damaged, torn or water-affected.
• You received the wrong title, subject, class or edition.
• Pages are missing, blank or misprinted.
• The edition year does not match what was listed.

Raise it within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the book and the packaging. A photo is genuinely useful — it usually lets us resolve the issue the same day.

What we cannot take back

Books are consumable study material. Once a sample paper has been written in, we cannot resell it, so we are unable to accept:

• Books that have been written in, highlighted or had pages removed.
• Books returned after 7 days from delivery.
• Books ordered by mistake where the correct item was delivered as listed — please check class, subject and edition before ordering.
• Combo sets returned incomplete.

How to raise a return

Email support@shoppixindia.com with your order number and a photo. We respond within one working day and arrange pickup where applicable.
